    Terms of Service

    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing and using Vizeel's content creation, SEO, ad management, and scheduling services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

    2. Description of Service

    Vizeel provides AI-powered tools and managed services for creating, editing, publishing, and optimizing digital content, including video creation, SEO services, and ad campaign management across supported channels.

    3. User Accounts

    • You must provide accurate account information
    • You are responsible for maintaining account security
    • One account per user/organization
    • You must be at least 16 years old to use our service

    4. Content and Intellectual Property

    • You retain ownership of content you upload
    • You grant us license to process and distribute your content as needed for the service
    • You must have rights to all content you upload
    • We reserve rights to our AI technology and platform

    5. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to use our service for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes, including but not limited to spam, harassment, or copyright infringement.

    6. Third-Party Platform Integrations

    Vizeel integrates with third-party social media platforms to enable you to publish content. By connecting your accounts, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

    6.1 YouTube API Services

    By connecting your YouTube account, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and YouTube API Services Terms of Service. You can revoke Vizeel's access to your YouTube data via the Google security settings page.

    6.2 Facebook and Instagram

    By connecting your Facebook or Instagram account, you agree to comply with Meta's Terms of Service and Platform Terms. You can manage connected apps via your Facebook Settings.

    6.3 TikTok

    By connecting your TikTok account, you agree to comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Developer Terms of Service.

    6.4 User Obligations

    • You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with each platform's terms, policies, and community guidelines
    • You must have all necessary rights and permissions for content you publish through Vizeel
    • You are solely responsible for content published to your connected accounts
    • Vizeel acts solely as a tool to facilitate publishing; we do not control, monitor, or endorse your content

    7. User Authorization and Consent

    By using Vizeel's platform integration features, you explicitly authorize and consent to the following:

    • Express Consent: Before Vizeel publishes any content to your connected accounts, you will be presented with the content, target platform, and visibility settings. You must explicitly approve each publication
    • Authorization to Act: You authorize Vizeel to access your connected platform accounts and perform actions (such as uploading videos, managing metadata, and scheduling posts) on your behalf as directed by you through the service
    • Data Access: You grant Vizeel permission to access the minimum data required from your connected accounts to provide the service, including account information, channel/page details, and publishing permissions
    • Revocation: You may revoke Vizeel's access to any connected platform at any time through your Vizeel account settings or directly through each platform's app permissions settings
    • Responsibility: You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for all content published through Vizeel, and any actions taken on your connected accounts are done with your explicit authorization

    8. Third-Party Platform Disclaimers

    • Platform Changes: Third-party platforms may change their APIs, policies, or terms at any time. Vizeel is not responsible for any disruptions, feature changes, or service interruptions caused by third-party platform updates
    • Platform Availability: We cannot guarantee continuous availability of any third-party platform integration. Integrations may be temporarily or permanently suspended due to platform changes, policy violations, or technical issues
    • Platform Compliance: You must comply with each connected platform's terms of service, community guidelines, and content policies. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account on those platforms, which is beyond Vizeel's control
    • No Endorsement: Vizeel's integration with third-party platforms does not constitute an endorsement, partnership, or affiliation with those platforms
    • Platform Actions: Third-party platforms may remove, restrict, or take action against content you publish. Vizeel is not responsible for any actions taken by third-party platforms regarding your content or account

    9. Payment and Billing

    • Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
    • No refunds for partial months
    • You may cancel at any time
    • Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

    10. Done-For-You, SEO, and Ad Management Services

    If you purchase or receive Vizeel's done-for-you services (including video production, SEO services, and paid ad management), the following additional terms apply:

    • Customer Materials and Rights: You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions for any logos, footage, music, images, scripts, voice, likeness, or other materials you provide for production
    • Creative Scope and Revisions: Deliverables are produced based on agreed scope, package, and brief. Revision rounds may be limited by plan or statement of work. Requests outside scope may require additional fees and timeline adjustments
    • Approvals and Publishing: You are responsible for reviewing and approving deliverables before publication. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Vizeel will not publish final content without your approval
    • Turnaround and Delays: Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on your timely feedback, asset delivery, and platform constraints. Delays caused by missing materials, late approvals, or third-party platforms are not Vizeel's responsibility
    • SEO and Advertising Results Disclaimer: Vizeel does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, impressions, conversions, ROAS, leads, or sales. Search rankings and ad outcomes depend on third-party platforms, market conditions, competition, budget, and factors outside Vizeel's control
    • Ad Spend and Third-Party Charges: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, media spend and third-party platform charges (for example Meta, Google, TikTok, or LinkedIn ad spend) are billed by those platforms directly to you and are separate from Vizeel service fees
    • Ad Account Access and Responsibility: You authorize Vizeel to manage campaigns in your connected ad accounts. You remain the owner of your accounts and are responsible for payment methods, billing compliance, and the accuracy and legality of claims made in your ads and landing pages
    • SEO and Tracking Dependencies: SEO and ad performance may depend on your website infrastructure, analytics setup, tracking tags/pixels, and conversion events. Vizeel is not responsible for reporting gaps or performance impacts caused by missing or misconfigured tracking outside our control
    • Third-Party Claims and Platform Actions: You remain responsible for the content and final publication decisions, including compliance with advertising rules, disclosure requirements, copyright laws, and platform policies. Vizeel is not liable for takedowns, demonetization, account restrictions, or similar platform enforcement actions
    • License and Ownership: Subject to full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you, excluding Vizeel platform software, templates, pre-existing materials, and third-party assets that remain subject to their original licenses
    • Portfolio Use: Unless you opt out in writing, you grant Vizeel a limited, non-exclusive right to display completed, publicly released deliverables for portfolio and marketing purposes

    11. Service Availability

    We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice.

    12. Limitation of Liability

    Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our service. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

    13. Termination

    Either party may terminate this agreement. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.

    14. Changes to Terms

    We may update these terms as needed. Material changes will be communicated via email or service notification.
